I have a problem with coins or diamonds

My coins weren’t credited to my account.

In case your coins weren’t correctly credited to your account, follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the top-left Oh My French logo
  3. Click on the “DASHBOARD” button
  4. Click on the chat icon and send us a message

After that, we will be able to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

My diamonds weren’t credited to my account.

If you bought coins but diamonds weren’t credited on your account, follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the top-left Oh My French logo
  3. Click on the “DASHBOARD” button
  4. Click on the chat icon and send us a message

After that, we will be able to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

There is a problem at checkout.

In order for you to buy products and services, make sure you have the minimum amount of coins available in your account to pay for the products or services you added to your cart. If the problem persists, try removing the products or services from your cart and adding them back again. If the problem persists, follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the top-left Oh My French logo
  3. Click on the “DASHBOARD” button
  4. Click on the chat icon and send us a message

After that, we will be able to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
