Your wallet and payments history

You wallet history is located on the “SETTINGS” page, under the “WALLET” tab. For you to access it, follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the top-left Oh My French logo

  4. Click on the “SETTINGS” button

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?

In order to stop receiving our newsletter, you have two options. The first option is by accessing the settings in your account :

  1. Log in to your account by clicking on the top-left Oh My French logo
  2. Click on the “DASHBOARD” button
  3. Click on the “SETTINGS” button
  4. Click on the “NEWSLETTER” tab

How to change my personal information?

You can change your first name, last name, birthdate, email, Skype, address and phone number. To modify your personal information, follow these steps :

  5. Click on the “ACCOUNT” tab

If you’d like to change your profile picture, follow these steps :

How to upload your profile photo.

If you wish, you can add or change your profile photo through the left menu. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on the top left Oh My French logo
  3. Click on the top user icon or your photo if you already have uploaded a picture
  4. Choose a .jpg file that is less than 2MB
  5. Click on “UPDATE” to upload your new profile picture

My coins weren’t credited to my account.

In case your coins weren’t correctly credited to your account, follow these steps :

  1. Log in to your account
